When the TMP ammo starts to spawn, the player is close
The TL Trading AB (when lifting the MP9, the player will encounter the slowest 3-headed one). The TMP can apparently be found in three different locations: TMP: If a player has not donated, the TMP will be replaced by a Glock 19 and the TMP ammunition will be replaced by 9mm bullets. Only available to those who have donated $ 10 USD or more to the game developers and are on the Mappers Cry of Fear Steam group. The MP5 is spawned at the beginning of the game, and they only give you 10 magazines in total. MP5: Unlocked by beating the game once with any ending. Use it on a twitcher once to get it as unlockable. 
David Leatherhoff's Ax - In "Heaven", go to the door that requires a code to enter (the same one used in Afraid of Monsters DC). FAMAS - Unlocked by beating the game with any ending / ranking in Nightmare mode. Simon's Book: Unlocked by beating the game in Nightmare mode and acquiring an S rank. Camera: Unlocked by beating the game in less than 2,5 hours. They can be found arranged on a table in the two secret rooms of the game. These weapons are mastered / prank weapons that are not designed to be in game for serious play and can be unlocked by finding specific items in the game or by meeting certain criteria when completing the single player campaign. On the right side there will be a broken red car with a door behind it. The fifth page is found after escaping the crashed train in Chapter 6, go to the end of the bridge. Crawl through the broken part, look to your right and head down the hall to find the page. 
The fourth page is in the subway maintenance pits in Chapter 4 (after receiving the flares), there is a corridor that has 3 fans. The third page is found in the forest in Chapter 6, on the left side of the clearing where Sawrunner chases you after getting the doorknob (GRIP THE PAGE BEFORE THE DOOR). 
Explain what grade you will get based on difficulty, syringes used, accuracy, etc.
The second page is under a blue pickup truck on Saxon Avenue. Explain where to find all the other pages. The first page is obtained after finishing the game.
